Abstract

The globe has seen significant technical advancements in the recent few decades. As a result of technical advancements, the pharmaceutical industry has benefited greatly. We've seen how the pharmaceutical sector steps in to help during life-threatening diseases or virus outbreaks, saving many lives. The patent law in India, which has been governed worldwide under GATT, governs this section of the pharmaceutical industry.
